The Blue Ridge in Blount County, Alabama is to the East of Highway 231. The road that runs the ridge is called Garrett Road. If you are coming from the south, Wheeler Road turns into Garrett Road. From the North, Pitt Road turns into Garrett Road.
There is a Blue Ridge Road that runs West from Highway 79 up to the blue ridge and into Garrett Road.
It is easiest to get to the ridge from the North East or South sides, there are not any roads up the Eastern side of the blue ridge.
Blountsville is about five miles to the south of Blue Ridge in Blount County, Alabama. Lake Guntersville lies to the North about 15 miles.

Pam has a blue ridge and I am jealous, I want a Blue Ridge named after me. Pams Blue Ridge is in the Cascade Canyon Preserve. It stands 850′ above sea level.
Right above Kenneth Edgar Park which is just to the South of Fairfax is Pams Blue Ridge. There are several streets that crawl up her ridges.
Here is the view from Ridge Road, in this picture, you are standing on Pams Blue Ridge. Find the white arrow, click it, and travel around Fairfax on Pams Blue Ridge.

Just about and hour and a half away from Los Angeles California, this Blue Ridge sits away from all the excitement of the city. But it does have the excitement of a ski park with a lift called the Blue Ridge Ski Lift.
You can see this Blue Ridge ridge by traveling on Cerro Noroeste Road also known as the Mil Potrero Highway. Blue Ridge is just to the West of Brush Mountain (7,048′).
To get to Cerro Noroeste Road from I-5, take the exit for Frazier Park, it is between Gorman and Lebec. It is about a 30 minutes drive from I-5.
From the road, the Blue Ridge is over 1000 feet higher than the road in certain places. The Blue Ridge is part of the Los Prades National Forest.

Blue Ridge in Del Norte County, California is in the Smith River National Recreation Area.
The Smith River NRA has many recreational activities including camping, hiking, fishing and sight seeing.
State road NF-16N18 travels around the Blue Ridge ridge going from the Southern area up the Eastern side. The Blue Ridge rises 200 feet up in less than 500 feet climb to the top. It is very steep.
From atop the Blue Ridge you can look down to the East in the South Forth of the Smith River valley.
The closest town is Patrick Creek about 12 miles as the bird flies to the North. It is about 50 miles to drive it because of all the twists and turns as you follow the ridge lines. This blue adventure is not for the faint of heart, you might want a GPS on this one. Here are the directions from Patrick Creek to this Californian Blue Ridge.

This Blue Ridge is to the North of Wilber Springs. There are not any paved roads going to the ridge. To the West of the ridge is Bear Valley Road and to the East is an unnamed mystery road. It goes up and loops back around and starts at Wilber Springs. It almost looks like the North side of Highway 16.
Blue Ridge in Colusa County California is North of Highway 20. Highway 20 is the road you take from I-5 at Williams to Clear Lake. You can see the Blue Ridge to the South of the Highway (20) as you are driving by.

Napa Valley is home to this Blue Ridge. Part of the Vaca Mountains, Mount Vaca is part of the ridge. Blue Ridge separates Napa Valley and Vacaville. Fairfield is to the South of Blue Ridge. The ridge is about 4 miles long.
They call the end of the Blue Ridge, Signal Hill. Lake Curry is just to the West of Blue Ridge.
If you are a Blue Ridge hunter, this Blue Ridge is really hard to miss. Just take Blue Ridge Road, yes, that is right, this Blue Ridge has a road running all the way up and down it. Mix Canyon Road runs into Blue Ridge Road just to the North of Blue Ridge. It’s about 30 minutes
Gates Canyon Road changes into Blue Ridge Road on the Southern side.
Vacaville is also about 30 minutes away and it is the largest city around. It’s less than 11 miles from I-80.

This Blue Ridge is right off of Cave City Road. The power company has a substation on the Eastern side of the ridge and there is a tower on the Western side.
Located 1 mile to the East of Highway 69. The turn off is about a mile past Cushman Arkansas.
It is located in the Northeastern side of the state close to the town of Batesville. Blue Ridge in Arkansas is about 100 miles North of Little Rock Arkansas.
You can also get there from the North on Highway 69 from Mt. Pleasant, Stella, and Sage.
The biggest mountains around are Brooks Hill, Stewart Hill and Montgomery Hill.

Blue Ridge in Shasta County is not easy to get to by car. It is North of Redding and between I-5 and Bear Mountain. There are trials in the area but you will have to hike to get there.
Blue Ridge is about 1 mile South of Lake Shasta. Lake Shasta’s Ski Island is to the Northeast. Expect a long hard climb up steep slopes if you try to get to this Blue Ridge from Lake Shasta. If you park a houseboat on the shore and go for a hike, this is a great destination. You will really feel like you are out in the woods.
There is a rock quarry about 1 mile to the Northwest of Blue Ridge. They set off explosions regularly and the earthquake meters pick it up, they state that it is just a quarry explosion.
Bear Mountain is the tallest around and there is a fire watch tower on the top. Your best bet is getting to Blue Ridge from Shasta Lake or Bear Mountain Road to the South.
