I may have missed your photo because I only search on photos associated with 
. Having CC on the photo means I can freely use it as long as I give credit and boy, do I give credit.
By submitting here, you are giving me permission to use your photo or image. I will only use your image on my color website and I will link to your profile, picture, and photostream.
Your picture will only be accepted if it meets my color criteria. It is best if the majority of the image is blue or the main focus of the image is blue.
